Chad and Dianne each have over 35 years of successful experience in Jackson’s real estate business as brokers and brokerage owners. Rebekkah Kelley grew up in Jackson, Wyoming and began her real estate career in the appraisal industry in 2006. This mindset prompted our team’s change to Keller Williams Jackson Hole, a locally owned and operated brokerage with the motto “Where Entrepreneurs Thrive”. Chad and Dianne Budge were founding partners of Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates, a company that started from the ground in 2009 and grew to be the largest locally owned brokerage in Jackson Hole until it was eventually sold to a corporate brand. But that wasn’t their first successful business. Chad and Dianne co- founded, with their partners, the Sotheby’s franchise in Jackson Hole. Before their careers in real estate they had also owned and operated successful retail businesses in Jackson. Chad began his entrepreneurial career with the outdoor sporting goods business Ski & Sports, and Dianne began with the interior design business Rocky Mountain Interior Design.
