The Jackson Hole real estate market continues to break records for the first quarter in 2021. Teton County spiked up 66% and total sales volume rose to an incredible 77% when compared to last year’s Q1 2020. 
🏡⬆️ The overall average sales price for Single Family Homes grew 10% to $4.3M with medium sales price at $2.9M, that’s up 40%.

Chad Budge is a true local through and through (4t Chad Budge is a true local through and through (4th generation). In the late 1800’s, Chad’s maternal and paternal great-grandparents homesteaded Jackson Hole in part of what is now known as Grand Teton National Park.

Before he ventured into real estate, Chad owned the local ski shop Ski & Sports. After establishing himself as a successful real estate broker, Chad became a partner in Teton Shadows Realty, before selling to Sotheby’s International Realty. In 2009 Chad and his partners founded Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates. Chad views his work as a real estate professional in Jackson Hole as providing an important community resource and takes the opportunity to help people with their real estate needs seriously.
