TETON PINES & THE ASPENS

Located along the Moose-Wilson Road just 4 miles south of the world-renowned ski area, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Teton Pines is a gated subdivision built around the 18 hole Arnold Palmer & Ed Seay designed golf course. The neighborhood is made up of the Teton Pines country-club’s facilities (golf, swimming, tennis, Nordic skiing, and club house) and features large townhomes as well as estate properties. Some estate properties enjoy front-line golf course views while others benefit from the neighboring ranch lands at the foot of the Teton Mountain Range. Properties in Teton Pines tend to be larger luxury homes and townhomes.

Directly north of Teton Pines is The Aspens subdivision. The Aspens was developed in the early 1970’s as one of the first developments outside of Teton Village to capitalize on the ski resort’s status. The Aspens, also known as the Jackson Hole Racquet Club, consists of several condominium buildings known as the Berry Patch condos, with each building named after a wild berry. The Aspens also contains single family homes which can range from smaller homes built in the early 70’s to larger more modern residences. The Aspens is unique in that it’s zoning allows short-term (nightly) rentals. This has made the condos and houses attractive for investment and second home ownership. Vacant land is virtually impossible to purchase with less than a handful of unbuilt parcels left. Teton Pines and The Aspens are conveniently located adjacent to a commercial area with amenities such as restaurants, groceries, and shops.
