The North of Jackson sub-area encompasses the area north of the town’s city limits, extending west to the banks of the Snake River, north to the unincorporated town of Moose, with N. Highway 89 providing the eastern border. This corridor of the Jackson Hole valley provides many property owners with picture-perfect Grand Teton views. This portion of the valley is primarily made up of larger parcels of land, many of which border the Snake River or have Snake River access. It is also a terrific location for finding that perfect horse property or just having a bit more elbow room between neighbors. One mainstay of northern Jackson is the Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis Club, a picturesque golf course with small country club amenities. The club’s housing development surrounding the golf course offers some of the newer construction in the valley on lots around 1 acre in size, as well as the very popular Golf & Tennis Cabins. The Jackson Hole Airport runs parallel to the northern end of this corridor. Much of the eastern portion of this area is bordered by Grand Teton National Park. The area is primarily single family homes with the exception of two condo developments – Teton Shadows and Golf Creek. Subdivisions or neighborhoods within this area include Bar BC, Riva Ridge, King’s Highway, Panorama Estates, Golf & Tennis Estates, Fairways Estates, Bar-B-Bar, Moulton Loop, Ponderosa, Zenith, Owl Creek, Solitude, and The Meadows.
