WEST OF JACKSON

The area West of Jackson is primarily accessed via Highway 22 and is bounded by the eastern banks of the Snake River and East Gros Ventre Butte. Many of the residential developments in this area take advantage of the elevated topography of the buttes which offer properties with phenomenal views of the Teton Mountain Range. Another appeal to this area is the vast open space created by several different historic ranches, many of which are conserved from future development. Within this area is a small resort zone at the top of East Gros Ventre Butte – The Amangani and Spring Creek Resorts. The area includes two gated neighborhoods – Indian Springs and Gros Ventre North. Given the incredible attributes of this area and the central location between the Town of Jackson and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, the property values are some of the highest in the valley. Other neighborhoods within the West of Jackson segment include Skyline Ranch, Bar Y Estates, Gros Ventre West, and Ely Springs.
