Chad and Dianne each have over 25 years of successful experience in Jackson’s real estate business as brokers and brokerage owners. Jackson is a unique community with a very unique real estate market. Having experienced the various peaks and valleys of the market throughout the years, we have special insight into what works and what doesn’t when selling property. Our teammate, Michael Pruett, has extensive experience in commercial real estate and business development. His time on the Town of Jackson Planning Commission provided him invaluable knowledge of the Teton County Land Development Regulations, zoning issues and the development entitlement process. Rebekkah Kelley grew up in Jackson, Wyoming and began her real estate career in the appraisal industry. Chad and Dianne Budge are co-owners of Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates, a company that started from the ground in 2009 and is now out-pacing the nearest competition by far, but this isn’t their first successful business. Chad and Dianne co-founded, with their partners, the Sotheby’s franchise in Jackson Hole. Before their careers in real estate they had also owned and operated successful retail businesses in Jackson. Chad began his entrepreneurial career with the outdoor sporting goods business Ski & Sports, and Dianne began with the interior design business Rocky Mountain Interior Design. Michael’s professional, entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding a regional Internet Service Provider from the ground up called OneWest.net, the largest ISP in the Intermountain West. He served as CEO and Chairman of the Board until he sold the company.
