Budge Realty Group is made up of four members – Chad Budge, Dianne Budge, Rebekkah Kelley and Michael Pruett. Each of our members bring their own unique skills and background to the Group providing our clients with a diverse range of proficiencies. In the late 1800’s, Chad’s maternal and paternal great-grandparents homesteaded Jackson Hole in part of what is now known as Grand Teton National Park. Being a 4th generation Jackson Hole Native, Chad knows the area better than most.
Before he ventured into real estate, Chad owned the local ski shop Ski & Sports. After establishing himself as a successful real estate broker, Chad became a partner in Teton Shadows Realty, before selling to Sotheby’s International Realty. In 2009 Chad and his partners founded Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates. Chad views his work as a real estate professional in Jackson Hole as providing an important community resource and takes the opportunity to help people with their real estate needs seriously.
In the summer you will find Chad on Jackson Lake on his boat or riding his motorcycle with his wife, Dianne. Growing up as a ski racer in Jackson Hole Chad still enjoys skiing at JH Mountain Resort or exploring the back country on his snow machine.
A Nebraska native, Dianne has lived in Jackson Hole for nearly three decades. Her education in business ownership, interior design and sales lead her into the real estate world of Jackson Hole with her husband, Chad Budge. With over 20 years of experience in real estate, she is now a partner at Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates. Previously, Dianne was a partner and Broker with Teton Shadows Realty, before selling to Sotheby’s International Realty and acting as their Broker. She also is a past Treasurer of the Teton Board of Realtors. Dianne takes pride in helping her clients reach their goals.
Dianne and her husband Chad enjoy their time together on their boat at Jackson Lake. Her most recent pursuit is in motorcycle riding on scenic road trips. She also enjoys spending time with her five grandchildren who keep her very busy.
Rebekkah, a native to Jackson Hole, has grown up within the real estate community learning from a young age the nature of real estate brokerage from her parents. After completing her business degree from the University of Wyoming, Rebekkah returned to Jackson to pursue her career in real estate, beginning in the real estate appraisal business and then entering real estate sales with Chad and Dianne. Rebekkah’s appraisal knowledge and experience adds a strong foundation with a diverse perspective in working with buyers and sellers.
Rebekkah and her husband Marc have a young daughter and are expecting their second child. They feel extremely fortunate to be able to raise their children in Jackson Hole and allowing them to experience all the great activities Jackson Hole has to offer. Rebekkah loves everything on the water, so you will find her on the river or at Jackson Lake in the summer. Rebekkah learned to ski at a very young age and continues to pursue the sport whenever possible.
Michael’s real estate practice in Jackson focuses on both Residential and Commercial sales and development. Michael is one of few Brokers in Jackson who really understand the local Commercial Real Estate market. Michael has dedicated 7 years of service on the Town of Jackson Planning Commission, serving as the Chairman for 2008 and 2009. This experience has given him a vast knowledge of the Teton County Land Development Regulations, zoning issues and the development entitlement process. Michael’s real estate experience combined with his strong business & financial background gives him unique expertise in the commercial markets in Jackson Hole.
Michael has demonstrated strong real estate expertise. Michael has both developed and sold property in Jackson. As a Real Estate Broker, Michael was recognized as the top 10 Sales producers in 2008 and was recognized among his peers for being one of the top 15 agents in listings sold.
Michael attributes his success to the quality of the relationships he enjoys. His extensive personal and professional network, his knowledge of the local zoning and his knowledge of the local real estate market give Michael the opportunity to identify a good real estate opportunity.
